We have thought about everything for you, your friends, family and children to make you feel really at home and have everything you need. We have installed a Brita filter in the kitchen where you can tap your drinking water so you don´t need to buy the environmentally polluting plastic bottles. All rooms have new big smart tv’s and in the living room you can watch all programs from all over the world. Amazing beds and the upstairs bathroom even has two showers. The kitchen has everything you need even a steamoven, nespresso machine, watercooker, dishwasher, big fridge and freezer. We will always take care of your first cups of coffee or tea.

In the garden you can spend your nights making diner on the BBQ while the rest is sitting at the outside dinnertable. Just within a 5 minute walk you will be on the boulevard, the beach and the marina. In the house we have some beachchairs, childrens toys and tupperware to take to the beach.

From the door in the kitchen you will take 20 steps and will reach the pool. The pool is shared with 4 other houses. But to be honest the other houses almost never use it. So it feels private.
